<p><strong> Exercise #1:</strong> standing hamstring curl &#8211; attach one end of the resistance band to your ankle, and the other to a stationary object of parallel height.  As you face the object, simply bend your leg at the knee to stretch the band.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise #2:</strong> standing leg extension &#8211; instead of facing stationary object, stand so that one shoulder points to it.  The leg attached to the resistance band should be farther way from the stationary object.  Instead of bending your knee, simply push your leg outward to stretch the band.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise #3:</strong> standing hip extension &#8211; stand with your back to the stationary object and kick outward with leg attached to the resistance band.</p>
<p><strong>Exercise #4:</strong> hamstring curl sitting down &#8211; lay down on your stomach and simply curl your leg at the knee to stretch resistance band.</p>
<p>Today, there is no reason for healthy women with access to adequate nutrition to look like atrophied and sickly.  No matter whether you feel that your thighs are too heavy or too thin, you can use <em>resistance band exercises</em> to build muscle and burn fat.  As an added bonus, you will find this equipment easy to work with and more affordable than other options.</p>

<p>p.3 Raise it till it becomes parallel to the floor. Hold for 5 seconds.</p>
<p>p.4 Then make 25 swings starting and returning at the same point of parallel to the floor.</p>

<p>4 exercise: <strong>pelvis pushes</strong><br />
It’s a famous workout that has a lot of variations in different fitness practices: yoga, pilates and callanetics.</p>

<p>p. 1 Lie on the floor. Bend your knees with keeping heels on floor.</p>
<p>p. 2 Strain buttocks and lift your pelvis as high as possible. Keep your muscles strained. Hold this position for 10 counts.</p>
<p>p. 3 Make a set of 40 pelvis pushes. Your upper part of the body should be relaxed, while your lower muscles remain permanently strained.</p>
